Dec. 13 Hannah N. Schoeffel, 24, of Butler, was charged with felony child endangerment, misdemeanors of DUI and reckless endangerment, and several traffic citations. Police said Ingrassia showed signs of impairment, and a later blood test showed his blood alcohol content at 0.187% with traces of marijuana. Aug. 3 Oleg V. Nikora, 40, of Mars, was charged with a felony for eluding an officer and several traffic citations after police said he failed to comply with a traffic stop June 11 on Route 228 and Highpointe Drive. Police said he provided a false name and was found in possession of suspected heroin, hypodermic syringes, glass pipes and other paraphernalia.
